We collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site: your name, email, and message when you use the Contact page; your name, email, phone number, and event details when you request a booking; and your name, email, phone number, and payment reference when you order a book.

The chat assistant answers from a fixed set of information about Dr. Ndimbo's work. It does not send your messages to any external AI service. We don't ask for or store payment card details anywhere on this site.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, confirm a booking, process a book order, or improve the answers our chat assistant gives. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Book orders are paid by mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, or HaloPesa) directly to Dr. Ndimbo's number. Payment confirmation is verified manually. We do not process card payments or store any mobile money PINs or credentials.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (such as remembering items in your book cart during your visit) are used.

Form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfil your order. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
